  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water. Remove from heat and fold in creme fraiche, Baileys, and powdered sugar (if you like).
  2. Spread the mixture on a plate and keep in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  3. Shape small balls out of the mixture and roll it in cocoa powder.

You can either reduce the amount of alcohol or even leave it out.
