  1. Bring the jam to a boil. Lower the heat and add butter, condensed milk, chocolate and two to three tablespoons of coconut flakes. Constantly stir it until the dough gets thicker.
  2. Spread the mixture on a greased plate and keep it in the fridge for an hour.
  3. After that you can shape balls out of it. If neccessary grease your hands. This way the dough won’t stick to them.
  4. Finally, roll them in the coconut flakes until they are completely (or almost completely) covered.
Recipe Notes

I had to cheat a little bit. My mixture didn’t turn out the way I wanted it to be. Instead of a rosy colour it turned almost grey. Believe me, that is anywhere near looking appetizing. So, I added a few drops of pink food colour. I added it before filling it onto the plate.
