Roast Apple Cupcakes

Oh my goodness! Time is running so fast! We already have to light the second candle on our Advent wreath. But we aren’t spending a quiet and tranquil sunday. No! We have a more or less big party going on: It’s the birthday of my most beloved Daddy. And for this event, my Mom and I are preparing a sumptuous cake buffet. While she baked her much sighed-for German cheesecake and her Guiness Chocolate cake, I came up with two different sorts of cupcakes and a blueberry ombré cake. That should be enough to feed the hungry guests. Let’s get started with a christmas classic in a new livery – Roast apple cupcakes.

Choco-Cinnamon Cupcakes with Fruity Christmas Frosting

Advent, Advent, a candle is lit. …

Do you know the rhyme? It’s a typical German rhyme for the beginning of the Advent season. For me, this means the beginning of the best time of the year. Well, I can’t take pleasure in this freezing cold, but all these different scents arouse a pre-Christmassy feeling.  In order to warm you and those grinches among us up, I’ve got these sweet choco-cinnamon cupcakes with fruity Christmas frosting for you.

You can see the lower tiers of the étagère, which is filled with the choco-cinnamon cupcakes with fruity Christmas frosting. The floor is densely covered with powdered sugar. Continue reading

Cinnamonic Apple-Buttercream Cake – My Dripping Cake Attempt

Oops! What’s this? Concerning its colors, this dripping cake truly isn’t a typical autumn treat. You might expect cotton candy or other colourful sweets. But behind its bright colours are autumnal flavours. I mean, what tastes more like autumn than a cinnamonic apple-buttercream cake?

Campfire Cupcakes

Unfortunately my summer vacation is now over but that also means you don’t have to wait any longer for a new recipe. Being back in Germany, I’ve visited the supermarket nearby to get new inspiration for baked goodies. Don’t fret! Star-shaped cinnamon biscuits and a chocolatey Santa Clause won’t take part this time. But I thought, if the supermarket is already advertising christmas season, I create an autumnal atmosphere here on my blog.  And these Campfire Cupcakes might just be the right thing to get started.
